I've just placed my order, when will it be shipped?

We ship your items as fast as possible. Please allow us up to 48h for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated 24h after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please reach out to us. To do so you have the following options, live chat on our website or using our email, support@lifexgamer.com. We will reply within 24/48 hours.

Unfortunately the current COVID-19 pandemic restrictions affects all the shipping networks, therefore the announced delays might be affected. We thank you for your patience and most of all your understanding during these particular times.


Do you deliver your products internationally?

Yes, Worldwide Shipping is available, different rates apply.


How much time it will take for my order to arrive?

The delays depend on the location of the destination country. Please allow between 7-30 business days for your order to arrive. The usual time is between 7 and 10. If more than 30 business days have passed, please email us at support@lifexgamer.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items, we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

What about custom fees?

This depends on the laws of your country. We strive to avoid this, however we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


Can I cancel my order?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
